We have been creating designer lampshades for more than 16 years and work with individual customers and interior designers to create decorative period lampshades, classic traditional lampshades and stylish modern lampshades.

Our handcrafted lampshades are distinguished by the use of quality fabrics. Traditional damasks, dupions and embroidered silks, linen and faux suede. Luxurious trims, fringing and tassels and unique handmade glass beading.

and offer a lampshade recovering serviceWe are located in Tarporley, Cheshire, England and provide services from our shop or by post We specialise in the art of designing and hand-making lampshades. Our shades grace some of the finest private homes,
hotels, museums and restaurants in the United Kingdom and Europe. Our lampshades are distinguished by use of superior materials
such as fine silk dupions and opulent trims from Florence. We are renowned for our intricate skills and attention to detail.
We are able to create any lampshade, from the simple and elegant to the most complex customised design.
All our lampshades are handmade and custom designed to exactly fit your specifications. We can make a lampshade
in a customer's own fabric or from a variety of quality plain fabrics that we hold in stock. Our own materials include self-coloured brocades,
silk dupions, moire and an extensive range of trims. Our designer lampshades can be lined in white or cream.
All lampshades are balloon lined with the exception of candle shades which are flat lined. We can also make hand pleated shades,
both gathered and flat pleat, and can laminate fabric to PVC to create 'hard' lampshades if required.

If you have a favourite shade that is looking a bit worse for wear, but you can't bear to replace it, then lampshade re-covering is an option.
We can either re-cover in your own fabric or from our range of plain fabrics. Either way, your old shade will be as good as new.
